Voter Information
It’s easy to find out a) if you are registered to vote and b) where to go on November 4th—just go to the Lieutenant Governor’s website and enter your name, birth date, and house number. You’ll even be able to see a sample ballot and a map of directions to your polling place!
If you haven’t registered to vote, you can find out how to register to vote at the County Clerk's office.
Have you moved? Make sure you've changed your voter registration. You need to vote in the precinct in which you live currently for your vote to count. Students are encouraged to vote where they live. Unless students will do the work it takes to vote absentee in their home district, they should register to vote in the district they live in during the school year.
Early voting is fantastic new option for Utah voters. (I've used it in the past two elections—I love avoiding long lines). View the information on dates and locations at the Utah County Clerk's website.
Absentee voting can be done by mail. More information is available from the Utah County Clerk.
A list of all candidates for state office can be found at the lieutenant governor's website. The list has links to candidate e-mail addresses and websites where available.
